Cloud DX (TSX-V:CDX, OTCQB:CDXFF) said its common shares are now eligible for electronic clearing and settlement through The Depository Trust Company (DTC) in the United States. DTC is a subsidiary of The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation, a United States company that manages the electronic clearing and settlement of publicly-traded companies. "DTC eligibility simplifies the process of transferring the company's shares between brokerages in the United States and speeds up the execution of trades,” company CEO Robert Kaul said in a statement. We are pleased to announce our DTC eligibility. It is an important step toward increasing liquidity in Cloud DX's stock and to building a strong presence for Cloud DX within the U.S. capital markets.”  PyroGenesis Canada Inc reported that HPQ Silicon Resources Inc, the Quebec-based silicon solutions company, said the company had confirmed that, after all the COVID related delays, the GEN3PUREVAPTM Quartz Reduction Reactor (QRR) power supply, the final missing component, has shipped from the manufacture and is on route to PyroGenesis production facility in Montreal. HPQ  said this was another "step toward our Q4 2021 GEN3 PUREVAP QRR commissioning and start". CEO of HPQ Silicon Bernard Tourillon said: "Knowing that the power supply is finally on its way confirms that we are getting closer to the start the GEN3 PUREVAPTM QRR, closer to making battery grade silicon (Si) and closer to validating the commercial potential of the PUREVAPTM QRR process." Falcon Gold Corp (TSX-V:FG, OTC:FGLDF) announced it has acquired a land package totalling 13,700 hectares along the Baie Verte Brompton Line (BVBL) in Newfoundland after staking 548 claims. The Baie Verte Peninsula, in the Central Newfoundland Gold Belt, currently hosts all of Newfoundland's gold production. Producing mines include Anaconda Mining Inc (TSX:ANX).'s (TSX:ANX) Point Rousse gold mine and Rambler Metals Mining operations. Former producing mines include the Terra Nova Mine, and deposits of the Rambler Mining Camp. There are more than 100 gold prospects and zones, many of which are orogenic-style, related to major splays and related second-order structures linked to the BVBL. Falcon has acquired ground over a 50 kilometre corridor along the line. “Falcon's ground is contiguous with Marvel Discovery, giving us a strong foothold in the area," CEO Karim Rayani said in a statement. Phyto Extractions Inc (CSE:XTRX, FRA:D2EA), a Canadian cannabis concentrates company, announced its Shatter Run RV tour has made its 420th retail stop as the nationwide expedition enters its final stretch. The 2021 Shatter Run RV is the company’s second such excursion: in October 2020, the cannabis-focused company launched the inaugural cross-country tour to bring product knowledge to retail managers and budtenders in a safe way. The sales team visited 158 licensed cannabis retailers from British Columbia to Ontario during the RV tour's first run. GreenBank Capital (CSE:GBC) Inc said its portfolio company Ubique Minerals Inc closed the final tranche of a private placement financing announced on June 28. The next generation merchant banking business said it contributed C$200,000 of the collective total of C$1.1 million raised in the private placement, which closed on August 16. Ubique intends to use the proceeds for follow-on drilling on its Daniel's Harbour zinc project including the adjacent Ophir Gold Corp. option property in Newfoundland and other exploration and corporate costs including the Port Loko bauxite project in Sierra Leone. The agreement was struck with Puerto Rico Science Technology and Research Trust (PRSTRT), representing Universidad Central del Caribe (UCC) and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital (St. Jude) where researchers have linked compounds with anti-cancer activity, specifically against breast cancer. MagicMed Industries purchaser Enveric Biosciences (NASDAQ:ENVB, FRA:SLZ) Inc, has released a letter to its shareholders ahead of its annual stockholder meeting and the closing of the MagicMed transaction. The company has a goal of scaling it into an 80,000 square foot facility for purifying and isolating rare earth and critical elements utilizing ligand assisted displacement (LAD) chromatography technology. “The Noblesville site is in an existing industrial area that provides access to commercial water and power, and is well located for convenient logistics,” said the company. DRDGOLD Limited has told investors that it expects to announce an "exceptional" improvement in full-year earnings per share (EPS) despite an increase in the number of shares in issue.
